नवदुर्गा- सातवीं कालरात्रि

नवरात्र पर्व मे दुर्गाजी की सातवीं शक्ति “कालरात्रि” के नाम से जानी जाती हैं। शास्त्रों मे दुर्गापूजा के सातवें दिन माँ कालरात्रि की उपासना का विधान है। इस दिन साधक का मन ‘सहस्रार चक्र’ में स्थित रहता है। कहते है इसके लिए ब्रह्माण्ड की समस्त सिद्धियों का द्वार खुलने लगता है।

शास्त्रों मे कहा गया है कि कालरात्रि की उपासना करने मात्र से ब्रह्माण्ड की सारी सिद्धियों के दरवाजे खुलने लगते हैं और तमाम असुरी शक्तियां भी उनके नाम के उच्चारण से ही भयभीत होकर दूर भागने लगती हैं।

माता के नाम से अभिव्यक्त होता है कि माँ दुर्गा की यह सातवीं शक्ति कालरात्रि के नाम से जानी जाती है अर्थात जिनके स्वरूप का रंग घने अन्धकार की तरह एकदम काला है। नाम से ही प्रतीत होता है कि इनका रूप अत्यंत ही भयानक है। इनके सिर के बाल बिखरे हुए हैं और गले में विद्युत की तरह चमकने वाली माला है। विश्व की अन्धकारमय स्थितियों का विनाश करने वाली शक्ति हैं कालरात्रि। काल से भी रक्षा करने वाली यह शक्ति है माता कालरात्रि।

कालरात्रि देवी के तीन नेत्र हैं। यह तीनों ही नेत्र ब्रह्माण्ड के समान गोल हैं। इनकी साँसों से अग्नि की ज्वाला निकलती रहती है। यह सदैव गर्दभ की सवारी करती हैं। माता के ऊपर उठे हुए दाहिने हाथ की वर मुद्रा भक्तों को वर देती है। एवं दाहिनी ही तरफ का नीचे वाला हाथ अभय मुद्रा में है। यानी माता की उपासना करने वाले भक्त सदैव निडर और निर्भय रहते है।

माता के बायीं तरफ के ऊपर वाले हाथ में लोहे का काँटा एवं नीचे वाले हाथ में खड्ग सुशोभित है। इनका रूप भले ही भयंकर हो लेकिन यह सदैव शुभ फल देने वाली माँ हैं। इसीलिए पौराणिक कथाओं मे यह शुभंकरी कहलाईं। अर्थात इनसे भक्तों को किसी भी प्रकार से भयभीत या आतंकित होने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है। माता के साक्षात्कार से भक्त पुण्य का भागी बनता है।

कालरात्रि की उपासना करने से ब्रह्माण्ड की सारी सिद्धियों के दरवाजे स्वयं खुलने लगते हैं और साथ ही अनेकों असुरी शक्तियाँ उनके नाम के उच्चारण से ही भयभीत होकर दूर भागने लगती हैं। इसलिए शास्त्रों मे कहा गया है कि दानव, दैत्य, राक्षस और भूत-प्रेत उनके स्मरण से ही भाग जाते हैं। यह ग्रह बाधाओं को भी सदैव दूर करती हैं और अग्नि, जल, जन्तु, शत्रु और रात्रि भय भी दूर हो जाते हैं। इनकी कृपा मात्र से भक्त हर तरह के भय से मुक्त हो जाता है।

मन्त्र:

एकवेणी जपाकर्णपूरा नग्ना खरास्थिता।
लम्बोष्ठी कर्णिकाकर्णी तैलाभ्यक्तशरीरिणी॥
वामपादोल्लसल्लोहलताकण्टकभूषणा।
वर्धन्मूर्धध्वजा कृष्णा कालरात्रिर्भयङ्करी॥

माता कालरात्रि जी की आरती

कहानी:

पौराणिक कथाओं और शास्त्र के अनुसार, रक्तबीज नाम का एक भयानक राक्षस था। मनुष्य के साथ देवता भी इससे परेशान रहते थे। रक्तबीज दानव की विशेषता यह थी कि जैसे ही उसके रक्त की एक बूंद भी धरती पर गिरती तो उसके जैसा एक और दानव बन जाता था। इस राक्षस से चिंतित होकर एवं समस्या का हल जानने के लिए सभी देवता भगवान शिव के पास पहुंचे। भगवान शिव को ज्ञात था कि इस दानव का अंत माता पार्वती ही कर सकती हैं।

भगवान शिव ने माता पार्वती से अनुरोध किया। इसके बाद मां पार्वती ने स्वंय अपनी शक्ति व तेज से मां कालरात्रि को उत्पन्न किया। इसके बाद मां दुर्गा ने उस दैत्य रक्तबीज का अंत किया और उसके शरीर से निकलने वाले रक्त को मां कालरात्रि ने जमीन पर गिरने से पहले ही अपने मुख में भर लिया। इस रूप के करण ही माता पार्वती कालरात्रि कहलाई।

In the Navratri festival, the seventh power of Durga is known as “Kalratri”. In the scriptures, there is a law to worship Maa Kalratri on the seventh day of Durga Puja. On this day the mind of the seeker remains situated in the ‘Sahasrar Chakra’. It is said that for this the door of all the achievements of the universe starts opening.

It has been said in the scriptures that just by worshiping Kalratri, the doors of all the achievements of the universe open and all the demonic powers also start running away in fear by the mere utterance of his name.

It is expressed in the name of Mother that this seventh power of Maa Durga is known as Kalratri, that is, the color of her form is completely black like a thick darkness. As the name suggests, his form is very terrible. The hair on his head is scattered and around his neck is a garland that shines like lightning. Kaalratri is the power to destroy the dark conditions of the world. This power that protects even from time is Mata Kaal Ratri.

Kalratri Devi has three eyes. All these three eyes are round like the universe. The flame of fire keeps emanating from their breath. She always rides on the neck. The boar mudra of the right hand raised above the mother gives boons to the devotees. And the lower hand on the right side is in Abhaya Mudra. That is, the devotees who worship the mother are always fearless and fearless.

The upper left hand of the mother has an iron thorn and the lower hand is adorned with a khadga. Her form may be fierce, but she is always a mother who gives auspicious results. That is why in mythology she is called Shubhankari. That is, there is no need for the devotees to be frightened or panic in any way. A devotee becomes a partaker of virtue by meeting the mother.

By worshiping Kaalratri, the doors of all the accomplishments of the universe open themselves, and at the same time many demonic powers start running away from the fear of chanting his name. That is why it has been said in the scriptures that demons, demons, demons and ghosts run away from their remembrance. These planets also always remove the obstacles and the fear of fire, water, animals, enemies and night also goes away. By his grace, the devotee becomes free from all kinds of fear.

Ekveni japakarnapoora nagna kharasthita. Lambosthi Karnikakarni TailabhyaktaSharini॥ Vampadollasallohalatakantakbhushana. Vardhanmurdhadhwaja Krishna Kalratrirbhyaankari॥

Story:

According to mythology and scripture, there was a terrible demon named Raktabeej. Along with humans, the gods were also troubled by this. The specialty of Raktabeej Demon was that as soon as a drop of his blood fell on the earth, another demon like him would become like him. Worried about this demon and to know the solution of the problem, all the gods reached Lord Shiva. Lord Shiva knew that only Mother Parvati can put an end to this demon.

Lord Shiva requested Mata Parvati. After this Maa Parvati herself created Maa Kalratri with her power and brilliance. After this Maa Durga put an end to that demon Raktabeej and the blood coming out of his body was filled by Maa Kalratri in her mouth before falling on the ground. Due to this form, Mata Parvati was called Kalratri.
